When you submit project details through our platform, you agree to:

All payments for Craft It services are subject to the following terms:

• Currency: Prices are displayed in INR by default and can be converted to other currencies.
• Student Discount: A 20% discount applies to first projects for eligible students.
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI/QR (India), PayPal (International), Netbanking (Domestic), and International Wire Transfer.
• Custom Amounts: Users may enter a custom amount if their project isn't listed.
• Payment Confirmation: Payments are confirmed only after receipt submission via WhatsApp.

Payment Details:

Project delivery is subject to the following conditions:

• Timeline: Delivery timelines are communicated after project scoping and payment confirmation.
• Revisions: Minor revisions are included unless otherwise specified.
• Client Cooperation: Delays caused by incomplete information from the client will extend the timeline.
• Handover: Final deliverables are provided via agreed channels (email, cloud storage, or GitHub).

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancelled before project initiation.
• Partial Refund: If work has started, refunds are based on completed milestones.
• No Refund: Once deliverables are completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
• Payment Errors: Accidental overpayments will be refunded after verification.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Craft It or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
• Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
• Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (fonts, icons, libraries) remain under their respective licenses.
